Role overview

This is a hybrid analyst-and-outreach role. You ll produce the signal-qualified queues our US field associate works, support live US deals with research and preparation, and run warm outbound conversations in the India market. You ll see both sides of a two-geography growth engine and how they connect.

Responsibilities

US market desk

- Own the US signal layer: monitor website visitor data, Apollo signals, and trigger events (legacy ERP end-of-life, leadership changes, expansion announcements) and convert them into prioritized, enriched account queues.

- Build pre-call research packs for US opportunities: company context, stakeholder mapping, current-system intelligence, relevant proof points.

- Support proposal and deal preparation for US opportunities, including co-sell registration coordination.

- Maintain CRM hygiene on US pipeline: source tags, stage discipline, trigger annotations.

- Structure US win/loss data over time to sharpen our targeting model.

India demand generation





- Run warm and gated outbound conversations with signal-qualified India accounts no cold sequencing; every conversation starts from an observable trigger or engagement signal.

- Qualify against evidence-based criteria and set meetings for account executives.

- Coordinate daily with the India demand generation lead on queue priorities.

Qualifications and skills

- 1-3 years in sales development, market research, sales operations, or B2B analysis.

- Robust written English and comfort on the phone this role is both.

- Structured and evidence-minded: you work from data, document what you find, and t report assumptions as facts.

- Willingness to travel 25-50%.

- Comfort with a workday that includes 2-3 evenings of US-hours overlap.

- Familiarity with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM systems is a plus; curiosity about the US technology market is required.
