What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies
- Identify and test new customer/user acquisition channels
- Plan organic and paid digital marketing campaigns
- Work on social media, content, SEO, performance marketing, and community growth
- Build partnerships with creators, communities, institutions, and other brands
- Track conversion rates, CAC, engagement, retention, ROI, and other growth KPIs
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Design and execute rapid growth experiments
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and technology teams
- Help build and strengthen the Tytova Technologies brand

What We’re Looking For

We care more about skills, execution, creativity,



and ownership than years of experience.

You should be someone who:

- Understands digital and social media marketing
- Can think creatively while making decisions based on data
- Is comfortable experimenting and learning quickly
- Understands funnels, user/customer acquisition, and conversion
- Has strong communication and research skills
- Wants to work in a fast-moving technology startup environment

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, content marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, or growth analytics is a plus.
