About the Role

Mavens Radiant Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Growth & Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our flagship healthcare application, Colenva, while supporting the marketing initiatives of our other business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase app downloads, user engagement, and brand awareness.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email, WhatsApp, and social media by coordinating with apprentices, in-house teams, and external agencies.
- Lead offline marketing initiatives through regular visits to corporate companies, hospitals, clinics, wellness centres, educational institutions, and business partners to promote the application and build strategic partnerships.
- Build strong relationships with HR teams, corporate decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and channel partners.
- Organise corporate wellness programmes, product demonstrations, promotional events, seminars, and awareness campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads, corporate tie-ups, and B2B partnerships.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and optimise marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Travel inside Kerala and Travel to Bangalore & Chennai.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration,



Communications, or a related field is preferred).
- 0–8 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills, confidence, and a passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Mobile Applications, SaaS, or Corporate Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, offline marketing, corporate engagement, lead generation, and partnership development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is an added advantage.
