We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for B2B FinTech brands. You'll own performance marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization while improving key metrics like CAC, CPL, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels.
Drive demand generation and lead acquisition for B2B FinTech audiences.
Own performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline.
Build and optimize landing pages, remarketing, and lead nurturing workflows.
Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
Requirements
4–7 years of growth/performance marketing experience.
Experience scaling B2B SaaS or FinTech lead generation.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with attribution, conversion tracking, and marketing automation.
Data-driven mindset with solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
