Instainker is an AI-powered LinkedIn personal branding and content creation platform, built to help professionals, founders, coaches, and creators grow their presence and authority on LinkedIn effortlessly. Our tools help users generate high-quality, personalized content, optimize their profiles, and build a consistent posting strategy, all powered by AI.

We're a fast-moving startup at the intersection of AI and the creator economy, working closely with our users to solve real growth and personal branding challenges. As part of our founding team, you'll get hands-on exposure to product marketing, growth strategy, and content operations, with real ownership from day one.

Position: Growth & Operations Intern

Duration: 3 months

Work Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday depending on ad hoc work requirement

Mode: In-office / Remote (as mutually agreed)

Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Reporting To: Founding team

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Growth & Marketing Operations

- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including paid/organic ad research (e.g., Reddit ads)
- Help manage affiliate and creator partnerships
- Coordinate launch activities and platform presence
- Support review campaigns (Trustpilot, G2, etc.)
- Help track campaign performance and engagement





Content & Social Media

- Write SEO-optimized blog content for the Instainker website
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar
- Create Instagram posts and ad videos
- Assist with LinkedIn company page activities
- Coordinate posting schedules and content assets
- Help identify trends, hooks, and creator opportunities
- Support engagement and community-building activities

Startup Operations

- Help organize workflows, trackers, and execution pipelines
- Coordinate between team members when needed
- Assist founders in day-to-day execution tasks

Who We're Looking For

- Active on LinkedIn and genuinely interested in content, branding, or growth marketing
- Comfortable researching, tracking, and following up
- Basic content creation skills (writing and/or short-form video/Instagram content) a solid plus
- Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and startup pace
