We are looking for a Founding Growth Marketer !!

Location: Remote (Bengaluru Based Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: ₹7-8 LPA

About the role- As our Founding Growth Marketer, you'll own the entire marketing function—from building awareness and acquiring users to generating qualified leads and driving revenue growth. You'll work directly with the founders to define our go-to-market strategy, launch campaigns, build marketing systems, and create a scalable growth engine from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute Workong's growth strategy across multiple channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement, and qualified lead generation through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Build high-converting landing pages, marketing funnels, and lead magnets.
- Create compelling copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and product launches.
- Set up and manage CRM, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and the founders to improve acquisition, activation, and conversion.
- Track key marketing metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize performance using data.

What We're Looking For




- 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a startup or SaaS company.
- Proven experience building and scaling growth for a digital product from an early stage.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, growth funnels, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, marketplaces, or consumer internet products is highly preferred.
- A builder who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys experimenting to find what works.
