About the Role:

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global organisation for a Growth Marketer to drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue across international markets. This is a high-impact role for someone with a solid B2B marketing background who has successfully built a pipeline and generated business opportunities in the US, UK, and European markets. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams to accelerate deal closures and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end pipeline generation for B2B service offerings across global markets.
- Develop and execute high-impact demand generation and growth marketing campaigns.
- Identify, engage, and nurture enterprise accounts using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to improve conversions, accelerate deals,



and drive revenue growth.
- Continuously experiment, optimise, and scale campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Leverage marketing automation, intent data, and growth tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track key growth metrics, optimise funnel performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

- Proven B2B Sales & Marketing experience
- Strong exposure to the US, UK, and European markets
- Experience in enterprise demand generation and pipeline creation
