Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Fixed Base) + Performance Variable ( Target OTE: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000+ / month , Uncapped)

The Role

We are looking for a relentless, articulate, and hungry Growth & Expert Network Lead to build, scale, and manage our elite panel of academic and technical contributors.

You will be the tip of the spear in hunting, pitching, and onboarding India’s top professors, PhD scholars, and software developers. If you are a natural networker who thrives on cold outreach, closing deals, and hitting aggressive targets, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach & Pipeline Growth: Source and engage high-caliber prospects (IIT/IISc faculty, PhD researchers, senior software engineers) through LinkedIn, email, and academic networks.
- Pitching & Onboarding: Confidently articulate Vedron's mission, present compensation structures, negotiate terms, and guide experts through our onboarding pipeline.
- Pipeline Management:



Track candidates from initial touchpoint to active problem submission, maintaining a clean CRM queue.
- Community & Referral Expansion: Drive referral loops within top academic institutions, placement cells, and alumni networks to build a continuous stream of elite contributors.

Who You Are

- High-Energy Hustler: You don't wait for leads to come to you—you know how to scrape, hunt, and generate outreach pipelines from scratch.
- Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional written and spoken English. You can comfortably converse with senior academic leaders, PhD scholars, and software architects.
- Target-Driven: You are motivated by performance-linked payouts and take pride in exceeding monthly targets.
- Background: 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, high-volume tech recruitment, or executive leadership in college E-Cells / Placement Cells (e.g., DU, BITS, NITs, IITs).
