Chota.se is an early-stage startup building a platform that empowers creators to connect, grow, and engage with their audiences. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Growth & Community Intern to help us grow our creator ecosystem and build meaningful relationships with creators.

About the Role

As a Growth & Community Intern, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding creators to Chota.se. You’ll work closely with the founding team to execute growth initiatives, build partnerships, and contribute ideas that shape our marketing and community strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on startup experience and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to creators across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and potential partners.
- Execute creator acquisition and community growth campaigns.
- Support social media planning and content creation.
- Research marketing trends and competitor strategies.
- Gather creator feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Assist with community engagement and onboarding new creators.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for social media, creator communities, startups, and digital marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous marketing, community management, or content creation experience is a plus but not required.
