Role: Growth Associate Intern

Kathanvi is a growing fashion brand focused on timeless Banarasi weaves and handcrafted ethnic wear. As a brand, we don’t just sell products; we help customers discover pieces that resonate with their personal style and occasions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, understands fashion preferences, and can contribute to creating a seamless and thoughtful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the complete sales journey—from lead generation and qualification to nurturing, conversion, and post-sale relationship management.
2. Generate and qualify potential leads through social media platforms, online communities, referrals, and other outreach initiatives.
3. Conduct customer outreach through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls, emails, and other communication channels.
4. Understand customer requirements and recommend products based on their preferences, occasion, style, and budget.
5. Build meaningful relationships with prospective and existing customers while delivering a premium buying experience.
6. Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates and maintain long-term engagement.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, order processing, and post-purchase support.
8. Maintain organised records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using designated tools.
9. Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and sales processes.
10. Stay updated on fashion trends, Banarasi textiles,



and competitor activities to better assist customers.
11. Contribute proactively to achieving individual and team sales targets while supporting the overall growth of the brand.

Required Skills

1. Good communication skills (Regional Languages + basic English preferred)
2. Ability to understand customer requirements and respond effectively
3. Basic understanding of sales mindset (conversion, follow-ups, relationship building)
4. Comfort with WhatsApp, Instagram, and chat-based communication
5. Interest in fashion and customer experience
6. Organized and responsive in handling multiple conversations

Bonus (not mandatory):

1. Fashion background or strong interest in ethnic wear

2. Prior internship/project experience
