Role & responsibilities

- Communicates secure work practices and establishes guidelines for health/safety, housekeeping, Conduct SOT and ensure SOT.

- Builds and maintains good working relationships with employees, identify training needs & execute training for reporting Group Leaders, Engineers & Associates.

- Lead the team to ensure that the set Target goals are met in production process of Paint shop. Ensure that standardized work has been developed & are followed.

- Analyze product/process related problems and implement subsequent change / improvements.

- Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored, and targets achieved.

- Lead effective problem solving methodology to reduce rework and scrap.

- Communicate with the teams by utilizing the visual management, delivering shift briefs with focus on quality, cost, and delivery, and gathering ideas for improvement.





- Control cost related to paint shop manufacturing.

- Timely identification and Evaluation of Environment related issue in Paint shop.

- Monitor consumption of electricity, air and water and control the consumption wherever possible to reduce wastage in Paint Shop.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have worked in Automobile Industry & would be responsible for One Shift.

- Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within the local team, Manage time and attendance within Company procedures.

- Drive company Absence Control Procedures to ensure maximum attendance levels.

- Coordinate with other departments in charges for technical problem-solving matters
