Join our team as Group Finance Controller and play a strategic role in shaping the financial performance of a leading healthcare organization.

Role: Group Finance Controller Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Key Responsibilities Lead financial consolidation, MIS reporting, statutory audits, and liaise with bankers and credit rating agencies.

Ensure compliance with direct and indirect taxation requirements.

Manage liquidity and working capital while ensuring smooth vendor payments for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and general vendors.

Oversee accounting operations, payroll, accounts payable, general ledger reconciliations, and financial controls.

Drive process improvements, ERP transitions, automation, and real-time CFO dashboard reporting.

Partner with COOs, Clinical Directors, Internal Auditors,



and department heads to support strategic decision-making.

Lead the end-to-end revenue cycle, optimize insurance & TPA claims, reduce accounts receivable, and minimize claim denials.

Mentor and develop finance teams across hospital units.

What We're Looking For Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 8+ years in financial management, including at least 3 years in a multispecialty hospital or healthcare environment. ** Technical Skills: Experience with Hospital Information Systems/Medical Billing Software, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.), and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
