Key Responsibilities:

- Execute shift production as per the production plan and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor plant operations, process parameters, quality, yield, and productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Utility, and Stores departments for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packing materials, chemicals, and other consumables.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities and participate in breakdown analysis (RCA).
- Maintain production, consumption, yield, and shift reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Lead and supervise operators, housekeeping staff, and contract manpower during shifts.
- Train operators on process operations, hygiene, safety, and discipline.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce losses, rework, and downtime.

- Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 58 years of experience in Food Processing, Coffee, Beverage, FMCG,



or Process Industries.
- Solid knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and team management.

- Coordination with maintenance, QC, and utility departments.
