- Operating the equipment efficiently.
- Performing routine inspections of the engine, hydraulic lines, oil, and tires before and after every shift.
- Keeping the machine greased, cleaning the filters, and ensuring the fuel levels are topped off.
- Immediately notifying supervisors and mechanics about any strange noises, leaks, or mechanical failures.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily tasks, working hours, and fuel consumption for the project logbook.
