Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS) to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale OMS solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and maintain Fluent Commerce OMS solutions. • Implement OMS workflows and business configurations. • Develop REST APIs, webhooks, and integration services. • Build integrations with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce platforms. • Work with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and asynchronous integrations. • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, production support, and root cause analysis. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.



Required Skills & Experience • 3–5 years of software development experience. • 1–2+ years of Fluent Commerce OMS experience. • Positive understanding of OMS and Distributed Order Management (DOM). • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations. • Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and Agile experience. Preferred / Nice-to-Have • Omnichannel retail experience. • Exposure to microservices or cloud-native architectures. • Event-driven integration patterns. • CI/CD and DevOps familiarity. • Production support experience
