Roles and Responsibilities:

- Properly executes, enforces and manages all food safety, sanitation requirements
- Understand, enforce, and educates crew on all appropriate people policies, award minimums, security and safety procedures
- Handling day to day Restaurant Operations
- Controls labor, waste, cash, and yields while managing a shift
- Completes assigned shift paperwork, including Inventories, cash sheets, drawer counts and deposits
- Shift management

- Handling Customer Concerns

- Desired Candidate Profile Age : Up to 40 years Open to work in all shifts as per industry standards Keen to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment. Positive communication skills & able to handle a team Hotel management OR Any graduate with relevant experience in similar industry
