We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our Etsy store for our jewellery export business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Etsy marketplace management, product listings, SEO, sales growth, and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the Etsy store.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, tags, and descriptions.
- Conduct keyword research using tools like eRank and optimize listings for better visibility.
- Upload recent products and maintain accurate product information.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and order processing.
- Handle Etsy Ads and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor store performance, traffic, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the design, photography, and production teams.
- Respond to customer queries and maintain excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with Etsy policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience managing an Etsy store.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO and marketplace algorithms.
- Experience with eRank, Etsy Ads, and keyword research.
- Good understanding of product listing optimization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in the Jewellery industry is preferred.
