We are hiring an L2 TechOps Engineer with 68 years of experience to support and maintain production environments. The role involves infrastructure monitoring, incident troubleshooting, cloud operations, and ensuring high system availability.

Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 5 Days
Shift: Rotational (including weekend/on-call support as required)

Required Skills:

- Linux/Unix administration
- SQL & NoSQL databases
- Python or Bash scripting
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
- Grafana & Kibana monitoring
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Git, Jenkins, and Jira
- Solid troubleshooting and production support experience

Good to Have:

- Docker & Kubernetes
- AWS/Azure exposure
- Knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT preferred)

Experience: 68 years (Minimum 4 years of relevant TechOps/Production Support experience)
