Role & responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies

Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, and specifications

Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.

Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records

Monitor process quality and suggest improvements to reduce defects Work closely with production and design teams to improve product quality

Conduct internal audits and support external audits

Ensure adherence to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001)

Maintain calibration records for measuring instruments

Train shop floor personnel on quality requirements

Preferred candidate profile





Robust knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T;

Experience in quality inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)

Familiarity with quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA)

Good understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly)

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and documentation skills

Knowledge of SAP systems is an added advantage
