Graphic Designer & Video Editor for a fast-growing luxury real estate company based in

Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is equally comfortable designing static creatives and editing engaging videos. The ideal candidate should have strong design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to create premium-looking marketing material for luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

- Create festival creatives, brand campaigns, launch campaigns, and promotional posts.

- Design brochures, flyers, standees, banners, hoardings, newspaper advertisements, and other print collateral.

- Design presentations, sales decks, pitch decks, and investor presentations.

- Create website banners, landing page graphics, and digital advertisements.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

- Create infographics, icons, and visual assets for marketing campaigns.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit promotional videos, walkthrough videos, drone footage, customer testimonials, and event videos.

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos.

- Design motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and logo animations.

- Add subtitles, background music, sound effects, and visual enhancements.

- Produce high-quality advertisements for Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns.

Image Editing





- Professionally retouch and enhance project photographs.

- Perform color correction and image manipulation.

- Create premium renders and marketing visuals.

- Improve property images for brochures, websites, and advertisements.

Marketing Support

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.

- Develop creatives that improve lead generation and brand awareness.

- Design creatives based on ongoing marketing strategies and performance insights.

- Ensure all creatives are delivered within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe After Effects

- Canva (advanced level)

- Figma (preferred)

- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

- Knowledge of AI design tools is an added advantage.

- Understanding of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, motion graphics, and video editing.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in real estate, architecture, or luxury brands is a plus.

- Someone who enjoys experimenting with new creative styles and visual storytelling.
