We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to take ownership of our visual brand identity across digital platforms. In this role, you will design eye-catching social media graphics, produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads), and collaborate with the marketing team to turn promotional ideas into compelling visual assets.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Visual Design

- Design visually engaging social media creatives, including static banners, carousel posts, infographics, and ad templates.
- Ensure all visual assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual standards.
- Adapt content formats for specific platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-converting short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, TikToks).
- Add subtitles, energetic audio/music, transitions, sound effects, and simple motion graphics.
- Trim and assemble video footage for promotional materials, client testimonials, and product features.

3. Creative Strategy & Collaboration

- Work closely with content creators and social media executives to brainstorm fresh visual concepts.




- Reformat long-form content into bite-sized, visual social assets (e.g., converting a blog post or report into a carousel or video summary).
- Organize and manage digital media assets (logos, images, video project files) for easy access.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in graphic design and short-form video editing (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, carousel posts, and short-form video editing samples.
- Technical Skills:
- High proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Core Competencies:
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, page layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of optimal video ratios, export settings, and trendy editing styles for social media.
- Good time-management skills to deliver high-quality assets under daily/weekly deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
