Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Aurangabad.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print materials, including logos, marketing collateral, social media creatives, on-site branding assets, and advertising layouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with account and marketing teams to interpret client briefs, developing design ideas and variations, refining concepts based on feedback, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints,



managing multiple projects within deadlines, and contributing creative input to campaigns and client presentations.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.

Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop and apply cohesive brand identities.

Solid understanding of Typography and its application across digital and print media.

Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).

Ability to translate client requirements into transparent design concepts and deliverables.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.

Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
