Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of hands-on design experience and is eager to explore how AI tools are reshaping the creative landscape. You will work closely with our creative and client servicing teams to bring brand ideas to life across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the creative and client servicing teams to understand project requirements and brand messaging
- Design compelling assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, and paid ads
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for logos, brochures, product visuals, and marketing collateral
- Use AI-powered design tools (such as Nano Banana, Gemini, Chatgpt, higgsfield, Canva AI) to accelerate concept ideation and visual exploration




- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all client touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI tools, and platform-specific best practices
- Manage multiple briefs and timelines effectively in a rapid-paced agency environment

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Nano Banana, Gemini, Chatgpt, higgsfield, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, brand-oriented creativity, and ideally examples of AI-integrated projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple design tasks with tight deadlines
