Role Description The Graphic Designer role at SERFO is a full-time or part time hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including marketing assets, social media creatives, presentations, and product-related graphics. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, developing design concepts, iterating on feedback, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual outputs. The role involves preparing final artwork files,



maintaining design libraries and templates, and staying updated on design trends and tools to enhance the visual quality of SERFO’s communications.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities across multiple touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to create legible, aesthetically balanced designs.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of digital and print production requirements.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, attention to detail, and problem-solving through visual communication.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
