Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for web, mobile, and digital marketing campaigns, including layouts, illustrations, and promotional materials.

Responsibilities include designing logos and brand identities, selecting and applying typography, and producing graphics that align with client objectives and OrganizeIn’s design standards. The role involves collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and account managers to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts,



iterating based on feedback, and preparing final files for digital and print use.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and maintain consistency across all design deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating web and digital design work.
- Ability to design effective Logo Design and Branding elements that support clear visual identity systems.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability across digital interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Understanding of responsive and UI/UX design principles and how visuals integrate with web and mobile experiences.
- Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to work within deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in office in the Greater Bengaluru Area and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
