We are a growing, dynamic team looking to strengthen our creative capabilities. We believe great design comes from original thinking, not copy-pasted trends. We’re building a brand identity that stands out, and we need a designer who can bring fresh, independent ideas to the table — not just execute references handed to them.

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to work remotely, but the candidate must be based in Kolkata (for occasional in-person coordination/meetings). You’ll be responsible for:

- Creating graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Designing marketing collateral, banners, and brand assets
- Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns
- Bringing original creative concepts to the table — we want ideas, not just imitation of references




- Managing multiple design projects with quick turnaround times
- Ensuring brand consistency across all visual content

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing and social media content creation
- Proficiency in qualified design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, or equivalent — no free/watermarked tools)
- Must be based in Kolkata
- Strong original design sensibility — ability to generate creative concepts independently rather than relying heavily on references
- A portfolio demonstrating range and originality
- Good communication and time management skills
