Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pune.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, and website graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned designs, collaborating with marketing and content teams, refining concepts based on feedback, and ensuring consistency across all visual materials. The role also involves preparing files for production, maintaining design libraries,



and contributing creative ideas to support campaigns and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout to produce transparent, visually appealing designs.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including branding, digital assets, and marketing materials.
