We're building technology that sits at the intersection of healthcare, performance, and consumer design — and we need a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring that vision to life across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll lead creative execution from brief to final output, mentor a growing design team, and collaborate closely with performance, product, and growth teams to deliver work that doesn't just look outstanding — it converts.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end creative delivery across paid ads, email, website, landing pages, and e-commerce assets
- Conceptualize and produce high-performing static, motion, and video creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Translate marketing objectives and performance data into compelling visual concepts that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions
- Lead creative ideation for product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives — continuously testing new formats, hooks, and trends
- Mentor and review a team of 3–4 designers, ensuring high creative standards, efficient workflows, and on-time delivery




- Ensure brand consistency and creative QA before every go-live across all channels

What You Bring

- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion design — preferably within D2C, health-tech, or consumer tech
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud — After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
- A strong understanding of performance marketing creative principles — hooks, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails, UGC-style formats
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a small design team while juggling multiple projects and deadlines
- Exposure to 2D animation, product animations, basic 3D renders, and AI tools for ideation or asset generation
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative excellence and performance outcomes
