About the Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, websites, and advertising. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and modern AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities

* Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital advertisements, websites, landing pages, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

- Create static posts, carousel designs, banners, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with social media managers, performance marketers, content writers, and video editors to execute creative campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palettes, and visual identity across all projects.
- Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, AI innovations, and creative best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline the design process, generate creative concepts, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills

* 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition,



and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing creatives for social media, digital advertising, websites, and branding.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

AI Tools (Must Have)

Candidates should be comfortable using AI-powered creative tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Gemini AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Canva AI

Bonus Skills

* Basic video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Motion graphics and animation.
- UI/UX design using Figma.
- Experience creating presentation decks and pitch materials.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
