About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile design professional with expertise in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Branding, Video Editing, and AI-powered creative workflows to strengthen our brand identity and digital presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual storytelling skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging digital experiences across multiple platforms. They should be proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance design, video production, and creative efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

Primary Responsibility:

- Design visually compelling creatives for social media campaigns, digital marketing, websites, presentations, events, banners, brochures, infographics, and other marketing collateral.

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

- Create logos, brand assets, illustrations, iconography, and visual identity systems as required.

- Design user-centric UI/UX for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and digital applications by creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

- Leverage Creative AI tools and UI/UX design tools to accelerate ideation, design, prototyping, and production workflows while ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and optimize digital interfaces.

- Maintain accurate documentation of research methodologies, sources, and findings.





- Create reusable design templates for recurring marketing and communication requirements.

- Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), corporate presentations, events, testimonials, and product showcases.

- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, animations, and visual effects to enhance video quality.

- Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos optimized for different social media platforms.

- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

- Stay updated on emerging trends in graphic design, branding, UI/UX, motion graphics, AI-powered creative tools, and digital marketing.

- Work closely with marketing, business, product, and leadership teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.

- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and quality standards.

Competencies:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

- Working knowledge of Canva and other digital content creation tools.

- Experience with Creative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL•E, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar)



and UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.

- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices.

- Experience creating responsive web and mobile interface designs.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for preparing and formatting research reports, presentations, and documentation.

- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and interactive media.

- Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a quick-paced workplace.

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
