Company Description Vibio is a Bengaluru-based event discovery and ticketing platform designed for college students and recent graduates in India. The platform helps students easily find a wide range of events, including hackathons, workshops, college fests, DJ nights, and sports activities. Event organizers can list their events for free and manage payments, digital tickets, and QR-based entry scanning in one integrated solution.

Vibio aims to create the platform students wish existed by simplifying how they discover, attend, and host campus and youth-focused events.

Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support Vibio’s visual communication across digital and print channels in a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating event promotional graphics, social media creatives, banners, and other marketing materials aligned with Vibio’s brand guidelines. The intern will collaborate with marketing and product teams to design assets for the app, website, and campaigns, while iterating based on feedback from stakeholders.

The role also involves preparing files for publishing,



refining layouts and typography, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create engaging, student-focused visual content.

Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of Vibio’s visual identity.

Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of layout, color, and typography.

Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple design tasks in a quick-paced environment.

Interest in youth culture, events, and social media trends; prior experience designing for digital platforms is an advantage.
