Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and proactive intern who combines excellent design fundamentals with modern AI-powered creative workflows. This 3-month internship is a gateway to a full-time position for top performers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing FMCG packaging, brand identities, and marketing assets.

Proficiency in Generative AI (GenAI) is mandatory. You will efficiently leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini for creative ideation, prompt engineering, research, and workflow optimization. This is a fully remote role requiring strong communication, ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with our internal creative and branding teams.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Services FMCG Packaging Design - Create professional packaging designs for FMCG and other consumer products, including master packaging templates and packaging variations.

- Design product labels, boxes, pouches, and bottles.
- Deliver print-ready artwork, packaging mockups, and presentations.

Brand Identity

Development - Develop and maintain visual brand identities, including logo design and brand identity systems.

- Establish typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.
- Create visual assets, brand style systems, and brand collateral.




- Handle branding work for Tesberry and other designated client brands. Marketing & Social Media Design - Create marketing and promotional design materials, including social media posts and story creatives.
- Design promotional graphics, campaign assets, and advertising creatives.
- Produce various marketing materials and digital marketing assets. Portfolio & Case Study Development - Prepare professional portfolio presentations and case studies, including presentation layouts and mockups.
- Design project showcases, brand identity presentations, packaging presentations, and client presentation materials. AI-Assisted Creative Workflows (Mandatory) - Utilize AI-assisted tools such as Google Gemini and ChatGPT to improve research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
- Apply AI for prompt engineering, workflow optimization, and design exploration.
- Leverage AI for content generation assistance, packaging and branding concepts, and overall creative productivity.

Additional Design

Work - Design presentation layouts, product mockups, print materials, and digital assets.

- Create marketing collateral, visual communication materials, creative campaign assets, and brand support materials.
- Deliver editable source files, final production-ready files, and other required deliverables for assigned projects.

Required Skills Design Skills (Mandatory) - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of FMCG packaging design, brand identity development, typography, color theory, and print production.
- Familiarity with packaging layouts, dielines, and visual storytelling. GenAI Skills (Mandatory) - Candidates must be proficient in using Generative AI tools (specifically Google Gemini and ChatGPT) as part of their daily design workflow.




- Strong experience in prompt engineering, AI-assisted design ideation, and creative research.
- Expertise in generating packaging copy, brand naming assistance, and optimizing design workflows using AI.
- Bonus: Experience with additional AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms. Nice-to-Have Skills - Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Motion graphics & packaging visualization.
- Print vendor coordination experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates who:

- Are native to Kerala or currently based in Kerala, with the ability to speak and communicate in Malayalam.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing FMCG packaging and comprehensive branding projects.
