We are looking for an experienced Google & Meta Ads Specialist to generate high-quality B2B leads from hospitals and healthcare organizations through performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Generate qualified B2B leads from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Set up and optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives,



headlines, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
