Role Description The Google Ads Manager role is a full-time, in office position based at MetaBlock Technologies in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This role involves planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and app formats to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for the company and its clients.

The Google Ads

Manager will conduct keyword research, configure targeting and bidding strategies, write and optimize ad copy, set up tracking, and monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and related tools. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing performance reports,



running A/B tests, managing budgets, and coordinating with marketing, sales, and project teams to align campaigns with broader business goals. The individual will also stay updated on Google Ads best practices and industry trends to continuously improve results and maintain compliance with platform policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Marketing skills to align Google Ads campaigns with lead generation, conversion goals, and overall brand strategy.
- Candidates should possess relevant Advertising skills, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding optimization, and performance analysis in Google Ads.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic SEO principles is highly beneficial.
- Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, or PPC management in IT or digital services is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and contribute to an ethical, growth-oriented work culture.
