Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Gold Loan branch operations.

- Ensure RBI compliance, statutory filings, audits, and documentation.

- Develop SOPs, monitor risk, and maintain operational controls.

- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.

- Oversee gold appraisal, loan processing, renewals, auctions, and customer service.

- Report branch performance and coordinate with management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 7+ years of experience in Gold Loan operations.

- Must have worked as a Branch Manager/Operations Manager or similar role in a bank or NBFC.

- Solid knowledge of RBI regulations, KYC/AML, audits, and statutory compliance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Ability to independently establish and manage Gold Loan operations.
