About the Role We are hiring a GM Sales to lead our sales function for residential projects. You will own sales strategy end-to-end — from setting targets and driving performance to managing key client relationships and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to post-sale support. You will work closely with marketing, finance, and project teams to align sales with launches, pricing, and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies for residential projects
- Set targets and monitor team performance against goals
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team
- Own key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and project teams
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales processes What We're Looking For - 15+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in real estate (Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar market knowledge preferred)
- Proven leadership in general management and team management
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
