Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop current business opportunities through effective marketing strategies, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

- Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive sales growth for LT cables, EPC projects, substations, utility projects, turnkey projects, cable manufacturing, and electrical projects.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project requirements from planning to delivery.

- Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions using our products/services.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry with expertise in EPC contractors/EPC project management/EPC project sales/project marketing/turnkey projects/cable manufacturing/LT cables/substation projects/utility projects.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies such as SCADA systems, PLC programming languages like Ladder Logic & Function Block Diagrams.
