Key Responsibilities

- Operate and set up gluing machines according to production specifications and approved job cards.
- Ensure proper adhesive application and bonding quality for flexible packaging products.
- Verify machine settings before production to meet customer specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Inspect finished products for bonding strength, alignment, appearance, and overall quality.
- Minimize production rejection, adhesive wastage, and machine downtime.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of gluing equipment.
- Coordinate with Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouching, and Quality departments for smooth production flow.
- Record daily production output,



machine downtime, and rejection reports.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, 5S, and safety guidelines.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality concerns, or process deviations to the Production Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to food-grade packaging and hygiene standards where applicable.
