As a Payroll Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring our colleagues are paid accurately and on time while supporting compliance with Indian payroll legislation and statutory requirements. Working closely with People, Finance, Legal, Tax and external payroll partners, youll be responsible for delivering a seamless payroll experience while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations across multiple Indian states.

The team is focused on delivering an outstanding colleague experience through accurate payroll processing, responsive support, continuous improvement, and strong partnership with stakeholders across People, Finance, Risk, Assurance, Group Tax and external vendors. Office Location Bangalore, India Hybrid Working - 3 days per week in our Bangalore office and 2 days from home.
