Role Overview

- Support international growth from market selection and account research through outreach, proposals and sales closure.

- Work across strategy, research, sales enablement, partnerships and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Research banking ecosystems, regulations, digital lending maturity and FinTech readiness across target countries.

- Build target-account and senior stakeholder intelligence for banks, lenders, investment firms and FinTech partners.

- Prepare pitch decks, proposals, business cases, ROI documents and geography-specific GTM playbooks.

- Support discovery calls, product demonstrations, partner development, campaigns and pipeline follow-ups.

Candidate Profile

- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is preferred.

- 0-3 years in business development, consulting, FinTech, SaaS, strategy or market expansion.

- Strong research,



commercial thinking, communication and client-facing documentation skills.

- Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, LinkedIn and structured market intelligence.

Valuable to Have

- International business development or global market research exposure.

- Understanding of lending, underwriting, LOS/LMS, open banking and risk monitoring.

- Experience with Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Apollo, Lusha, Crunchbase or similar tools.
