Role Overview The accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations for the pharma business, ensuring accurate bookkeeping & statutory tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including cash flow, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries using Zoho Books.
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) and reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers for accurate input tax credit.
- Compute and deposit TDS, file quarterly TDS returns (24Q/26Q), and generate Form 16/16.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, including billing, credit/debit notes.
- Handle banking transactions including credit limits, LC coordination,
petty cash and bank reconciliations.
Min Qualification: B.Com
