Role & responsibilities

Support in identifying & developing new business opportunities/customer segments.

Support in developing & executing sales strategies to achieve revenue & growth targets.

Assist in preparing business proposals/quotations and negotiations.

Support in building strong relationships with the customers by understanding & meeting key requirements/expectations.

Ensure customer delight through timely delivery of quality products & services.

Collaborate with all internal & external stakeholders for efficient results.

Assist in analysing market trends/best practices to remain competitive.

Coordinate for RFQs/Current Product Development with interested parties.

Prepare & Track departmental performance through MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification (Mandatory): B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production / Automobile

Candidates should have scored at least 60% through marks in academics.

Students from Thapar, PEC and reputed colleges will be preferred.

Preference will be given to those candidates who belong to Tricity or are settled in nearby areas Ludhiana, Ambala, Zirakpur, Jalandhar.
