Roles & responsibilities

Process

•Design, develop, and maintain applications and RESTful APIs using Python to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration workflows.

•Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.

•Work with relational databases such as SQL Server to manage and query data efficiently.

•Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

•Use Git and Azure DevOps for source control, task tracking, and CI/CD pipeline management.

•Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability through testing and peer reviews.

•Document technical designs, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications: (Must Have)

•1–2 years of hands-on experience in:

•Python programming and REST API development

•Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks

•SQL Server and writing optimized queries

•Git and Azure DevOps

•Agile/Scrum development practices

•Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes.

•Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

•BE/BTECH in computer information science





- Preferred Skills: (Nice to Have)

•Exposure to data lake architectures or multi-tenant environments

•Familiarity with data governance, security, and monitoring in Azure

•Experience with cloud-native design patterns and automation

•Azure certification(s).

•Basic experience with Alteryx for data preparation workflows

•Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting

•Relevant Azure Certifications such as:

•Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

•Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
