We are looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Executive based in India to make outbound calls to companies and clinics/care facilities in Germany, and set up qualified appointments for our founder.
This role covers two target groups: craft/trade businesses (for our apprenticeship placements) and hospitals/care facilities (for our nursing placement track record of 100+ successful placements).
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to German companies, craft businesses, and hospitals/care facilities during German business hours
- Set up qualified appointments daily for the founder to conduct the actual sales conversation
- Log every call and contact accurately in the company CRM
- Follow up on previously contacted leads to keep the pipeline warm
Requirements
- German language proficiency:
C1 preferred; strong B2 candidates with excellent spoken fluency and confidence on the phone will also be considered
- Experience in cold calling, telesales, or international voice process (BPO/ITES background a plus)
- Comfortable working German business hours (approx. 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)
- Good spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, resilient, comfortable with high call volume and rejection
