We are looking for a skilled GEP SMART/Quantum Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment of GEP solutions. You will be responsible for configuring modules, conducting testing, and providing training, ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of GEP SMART/GEP Quantum modules (e.g., Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P) to align with client business processes.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users and client teams.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Contribute to solution design discussions,
bringing expertise in Spend Analysis, Category Management, Vendor Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
Minimum qualifications :
- 3+years of hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of GEP SMART/GEP Quantum.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience across multiple domains: Spend Analysis, Category Management, Vendor Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, and Procure-to-Pay.
- Proven ability to configure and customize GEP modules effectively.
- Experience in conducting requirements gathering, system testing, and user training.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Added Advantage: Experience with migration projects from SAP Ariba to GEP applications.
