About the Opportunity

We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Geopolitical Consultant to support research and advisory projects focused on political, economic, and regional developments across South Asia and the broader Asia-Pacific region.

This is a remote, project-based contract opportunity for professionals with experience in international affairs, political risk analysis, public policy, regional studies, economics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze political, economic, and regional developments in South Asia.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and written assessments on emerging trends.
- Monitor policy changes, governance issues, economic conditions, and regional cooperation initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic research projects and thematic studies.
- Develop evidence-based insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with research teams and subject matter experts on project deliverables.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in geopolitical analysis, policy research, international affairs, risk advisory, economics, regional studies, or a related field.
- Strong analytical understanding of South Asian political and economic environments.




- Excellent research, analytical writing, and English communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into transparent and concise reports.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Security Studies, Area Studies, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with research organizations, think tanks, consulting firms, academic institutions, NGOs, or international organizations.
- Published research, policy papers, or analytical reports are an asset.
