About the Role

We are hiring a Generative AI Backend Developer to build and manage backend infrastructures for AI-driven systems. You will be responsible for integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI inference services into secure, scalable production environments with high performance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Architecture & API Development

- Build scalable microservices for AI/GenAI workloads
- Develop REST / GraphQL / gRPC APIs for inference & data retrieval
- Implement high-performance backend components & modular services

Generative AI & RAG Pipeline Integration
- Integrate LLMs, diffusion models & multimodal AI (text, image, speech)
- Build RAG pipelines with Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / FAISS
- Optimize model serving using FastAPI, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving

API Security, Scaling & Optimization
- Implement JWT/OAuth2 authentication, versioning, throttling
- Integrate external AI APIs like OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Stability AI
- Reduce inference latency and optimize concurrency & performance

Infrastructure & Deployment
- Deploy with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD
- Manage AWS / GCP / Azure cloud scaling, load balancing




- Implement monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Performance, Security & Compliance
- Apply caching, batching & async processing for speed
- Enforce data privacy, encryption & financial/compliance standards
- Maintain observability & failure recovery readiness
