We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented General Manager to lead the operations of our established hotel while spearheading the pre-opening and launch of our upcoming hospitality project in Prayagraj.

Our flagship property is a royal-themed boutique hotel that has been successfully operating for the past four years. Renowned for its elegant ambience, exceptional hospitality, quality cuisine, and well-designed infrastructure, the hotel has earned a strong reputation among leisure travellers, corporate guests, weddings, and social events.

As we expand our presence, we are seeking a leader who can uphold our commitment to excellence while driving the successful launch of our next property.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete operations of the existing hotel.
- Lead the pre-opening planning and execution of the new hotel project.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise revenue, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Establish and implement SOPs, quality standards, and service excellence initiatives.
- Prepare departmental budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Drive sales, marketing,



and business development initiatives in coordination with the commercial team.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and brand consistency.
- Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
- Report directly to the management on operational and financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience as a General Manager, Resident Manager, Operations Head, or an equivalent leadership role.
- Experience in hotel pre-opening will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management (MBA is an added advantage).
