Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and oversight across EPC projects, pharma turnkey solutions, and real estate development.
- Drive business growth initiatives in line with the company's target of turnover growth by 2030.
- Oversee project execution, safety, quality control, timelines, and budget adherence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and vendors.
- Lead cross-functional teams ensuring alignment of operations with strategic goals.
- Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.

Experience: 15-25 years of proven experience in EPC construction/turnkey pharma projects/real estate development.
- Strong project management skills with exposure to industrial,



Real estate and commercial projects.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver business growth and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on timely project delivery.
