Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Manage production planning, manpower, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
